Muhammad Usman Siddiqui has been working for European giants at key positions for more than 15 years. His main expertise lies in the projects, constructions and commercial finance management. M. Siddiqui has worked in the power sector as well to develop strong project controlling infrastructures with Siemens and Alstom. With a very strong hands-on exposure on ERP systems, M. Siddiqui has also been directly involved in several SAP implementations and data migrations.With brilliant skills in project accounting and fundamentals, a strong understanding of the contracting and construction businesses, an expertise in SAP for PS, SD and MM modules as well as the ability to identify gaps in processes and the formalization of policies and guidelines, M. Mr. Irfan J. Shah has a diversified experience in Project Management,Information Technology and Marketing. Irfan has expertise in establishing Back Offices for various clients in USA, UAE, and Pakistan. Most recently, Irfan led a team of Project Managers, Chartered Accountants and Governmentregistered Tax Agents to establish the largest VAT-related services company in the UAE, which included hiring and mobilizing of a team of more than 150 Sales and Support Agents and more than 50 Qualified Accountants to successfully provide taxation-related services to more than 5,000 SMEs across UAE. He also managed Business Analysts to develop processes and played a pivotal role in establishing Technology infrastructure to support operations of the company. Currently, Irfan is managing a similar team to provide services to larger enterprises such as “Al-Ain Dairy” and “Al-Waseef Group of Companies”.Possessing entrepreneurial personality, combined with strong decision-making,inter-personal communication and presentation skills, Irfan has been instrumental in success of various projects and marketing of solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning, Client Relationship Management, Document Management System, Assets Performance Management Systems and other Decision Support and Management Information Systems.
