He is a proven entrepreneur and businessman, who reshaped a small Outsourcing Company into a leading market player major multinational company; including interests in Finance and Accountancy, Taxation, VAT, POS, Virtual Management Services, Telecommunication, Advertising media as well as entertainment. He carries a true flamboyant character and has taken credits for achieving life time employer with best practices and best service provider awards among gigantic number of gruelling adventurous competitive challenges. Mr. Rupani has managed to achieve credits for establishing First Premium Partnership with Etisalat for his group of Companies. He has successfully pioneered the launch of a great number of major enterprises including Hi-Tech Digital Marketing Services, Skylines Telecommunication, Skylines Tax Consultancy, Skylines VMS and diversified entities. Mr. Asif Ahmed is the Director Sales & Operations Of Calltronics and Skylines Group of Companies. He has also played devoted leading role with Silver Star Electronics LLC, Kingston Real State, Rainbow Gulf Solutions.
Mr. Asif is a qualified gem of Financial Accounting, Management & Marketing. He owes brilliant success stories of executing real state and telecom business projects while handling challenges with awesomeness and reshaping them into opportunities.
His expertise lies at the intersection of Social Media Marketing for a decade; and owes significant contribution in adopting patterns of growth in the local market of United Arab Emirates. He has played leading role in promotion of the business through hi-tech online fastest evolving media strategies. His notable merits include Calltronics project award against cross selling of all du product and services. As a leader he believes in exploring possibilities and yielding numbers in exponentials.

Andrea is the mastermind behind Maxcon unique business and finance solutions for providing value added solutions to organization in Middle East.Andrea holds more than 20 yrs. experience in Finance, ERP implementation and internal control with Alstom Grid (now GE Energy) across Europe, Africa and Middle East.Andrea has on his credit turning around finance department of European manufacturing facilities, financial reporting of project driven business units in middle east and deployment of strong internal control processes across 20+ units in Middle east and India. He has been subject matter expert for SAP during his career and managed several SAP deployments and migrations for ERP. Andrea participated in several leadership programs in Europe and Asia during his tenure in Alstom. He is also being awarded best manager for managing top talent during his earlier employment.He founded Maxcon with the intention of deploying state of art processes and systems in the Middle East companies. he understands every clients’ varying needs in business processes and consequently identifies potential issues,which leads to perfect solutions tailored to suit the clients.

Muhammad Usman Siddiqui has been working for European giants at key positions for more than 15 years. His main expertise lies in the projects, constructions and commercial finance management. M. Siddiqui has worked in the power sector as well to develop strong project controlling infrastructures with Siemens and Alstom. With a very strong hands-on exposure on ERP systems, M. Siddiqui has also been directly involved in several SAP implementations and data migrations.With brilliant skills in project accounting and fundamentals, a strong understanding of the contracting and construction businesses, an expertise in SAP for PS, SD and MM modules as well as the ability to identify gaps in processes and the formalization of policies and guidelines, M. Siddiqui spends his time working with companies in the GCC region towards enhancing the quality of financial reporting, uplifting the quality of their finance teams and optimizing processes in order to achieve financial efficiency.

Mr. Irfan J. Shah has a diversified experience in Project Management,Information Technology and Marketing. Irfan has expertise in establishing Back Offices for various clients in USA, UAE, and Pakistan. Most recently, Irfan led a team of Project Managers, Chartered Accountants and Governmentregistered Tax Agents to establish the largest VAT-related services company in the UAE, which included hiring and mobilizing of a team of more than 150 Sales and Support Agents and more than 50 Qualified Accountants to successfully provide taxation-related services to more than 5,000 SMEs across UAE. He also managed Business Analysts to develop processes and played a pivotal role in establishing Technology infrastructure to support operations of the company. Currently, Irfan is managing a similar team to provide services to larger enterprises such as “Al-Ain Dairy” and “Al-Waseef Group of Companies”.Possessing entrepreneurial personality, combined with strong decision-making,inter-personal communication and presentation skills, Irfan has been instrumental in success of various projects and marketing of solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning, Client Relationship Management, Document Management System, Assets Performance Management Systems and other Decision Support and Management Information Systems. Irfan has been actively involved in the implementation of Document Management System at Louis Berger Inc., a US-based company engaged in consultation of the New Islamabad Airport project.Irfan has served as a visiting faculty at different Universities where he taught IT subjects. Having Master’s Degree in Electronics, Irfan holds many certifications as well on his credit.
