CANCELLATION & REPLACEMENT POLICY



Except being agreed in the Services Agreement or in any other written document signed by both the Client and Skyline Tax Consultancy, either of the side can end the contract, however a notice period of three months shall be applicable, notified by a signed letter from either of the parties, with the acknowledgement of receipt of the letter. In case of contract termenation, the client agrees to pay Skyline Tax Consultancy for the services performed until the date of end of contract, as well as any supplementary fees incurred by Skyline Tax Consultancy. Unless otherwise settled between both parties in this aggrement, the fees is inclusive of VAT and does not comprise the travel and other equitable expenses incurred in connection with delivery of services.
